The documentation for Easy Setting Box is horrible or nonexistent. But basically here is what it is and how to use it. It is designed to be used on a Samsung Monitor, particularly large one, I can't tell you the models but that information is available at Samsung. I'm using it on a S34E790C (curved monitor). To use run Easy Setting Box and when you do that go to the task bar and under hidden icons (bottom right, kind of looks like an up arrow in Windows 10), you will now see an Easy Box Setting Icon, now right click on that and you will see options for each monitor, the options are pretty self-explanatory. The one that is the most useful is the one where you select a monitor, usually the large one and divide it into sections, I personally like the triple equal, I can have an email in one, a calendar in another and a browser in the 3rd section. If you right click at the top of the program, i.e. Outlook, you will see options for that window, I always click on the bottom one, connect to easy settings box. Then when you move that particular program it will be resized to fit in the partition your moving it to. It works with the most programs, but it doesn't work with Chrome for some reason. I hope this helps.
I am having the same problem with a Samsung monitor. I installed the CD and I have the shortcut on my desktop. I kept clicking on the icon and nothing happened. I uninstalled it and re-installed it but the result is the same. This is totally useless and intend to delete it from my desktop. The user's book does not make any mention of the use of this software.
